games/moonlight-embedded: update to 2.7.0

There is two patchs.
1 for update games/moonlight-embedded to 2.7.0.
2 for add new port 'games/moonlight-embedded-devel'.
  The -devel version has added some features that may not align with the 
  upstream positioning of the port. but have enhanced the user experience.

1. Change log for moonlight-embedded-2.7.0:

  * New features:
    - Added support for full end-to-end stream encryption
    - Added support for connection correlation to resolve immediate "connection
      terminated" errors when streaming over the Internet in certain scenarios
  * Bugfixes:
    - Fixed gamepad detection logic to handle arcade pads with a hat instead of
      an analog stick
    - Rewrote SDL keyboard mapping code to fix a number of incorrect key
mappings
      Incorporated FreeBSD patches for OSS support and other fixes
    - Updated included gamepad mappings

2. The note about moonlight-embedded-devel:
  This port same as games/moonlight-embedded,but more features and fixs.
  * Features:
    1. add native wayland support.
    2. support grab/ungrab input when using platform 'vaapi'.
    3. improve 'vaapi' hardware video acceleration for x11 and wayland.
    4. support windows precision touchpad when using platform 'vaapi'.
  * Fixs:
    1. the configuration file can now be read correctly.
    2. cursor lingering when using platform 'x11_vaapi'.
