port update to version 20.11.1

Current version in a ports tree has many security vulnerabilities. Upstream
released fixes as version 20.11.1

Should be merged to quarterly after some testing.

Attached is patch to update port to version 20.11.1 build tested with
"poudriere bulk -t".
