Update to 3.4.2

Hello Rodrigo,

I'd did part of some translation work on www/bluefish and I used poedit for it.
It works great!

- Switch to DISTVERSION
- Define LICENSE_FILE
- Switch to wx3.2 (requirement)
- Remove NLS knob (as upstream doesn't allow it)

Notes:

- gettext-tool are required at build and run time because of msgfmt.
- did a major Makefile cleanup as port don't need some extra configs now,
  and it looks more closely to OpenBSD port in its simplicity

- testport: {15,140,133,132}amd64
- run test: 15amd64
- Q/A check, portlint, portclippy and portfmt happy
