Python extension for the Caja file manager that adds some administrative
actions to the right-click menu: "Open/Edit/Run as Administrator"

Thus port has a dependency on python bindings for Caja extensions
(deskutils/python-caja) that's not currently in the ports tree.  A
corresponding PR was been submitted as #252460

- Passes portlint
- Tested with poudriere
