Hi there.

It seems that the contents of the newest package of "comms/chirp" is incomplete
and some files are missing. When i execute `pkg info -l chirp-py39-20240120`
the following output is generated:

chirp-py39-20240120:
        /usr/local/share/licenses/chirp-py39-20240120/GPLv3
        /usr/local/share/licenses/chirp-py39-20240120/LICENSE
        /usr/local/share/licenses/chirp-py39-20240120/catalog.mk
---

In addition, the file size of the package is much smaller compared to the
previous version:
