port of google-earth-pro 7.3.6

It looks like my previous patch missed a few changes. I had the
PLIST_SUB=LINUXBASE=${LINUXBASE} in my local directory.

I also have implemented all the suggestions.

It does pass poudriere testport, which does a make check-plist.
