Diff of new port against origin/2024Q2

I ported a window manager of elementary OS for FreeBSD!
Tested on the FreeBSD installation in a virtual machine of QEMU/KVM on Manjaro
Linux 6.9.

Architecture: x86_64
FreeBSD Version: 14.0-RELEASE-p6
