i built my system using WITHOUT_NTP=1 in /etc/src.conf and then get a packaging
error in net/dhcpcd for lack of 50-ntpd.conf in the work/stage dir. i set
BINARY_ALIAS=ntpd=true to overcome it since the configure test is simple and
the inclusion/installation of the 50-ntpd.conf is inconsequential. This was
with dhcpcd 10.0.8
