It was broken since 1.75.0 (1.74.1 works).  In every case, lang/rust builds
without problem.  But dependent ports (e.g. devel/cargo-c, 
graphics/librsvg2-rust) fail with segmentation fault after calling cargo.
This is with 14.1-RELEASE (14.0-RELEASE previously) on powerpc64le.
