previous patch.

The error "https://modules.unrealircd.org/modules.list: Unable to resolve
hostname" is a poudriere security restriction, that prohibit use network during
a poudriere build.
Please set:

RESTRICT_NETWORKING=no

in your poudriere.conf, and this error will be solved.
