Patch to 26.0.0

Update jumping several versions. Read through and nothing seems to have changed
any major functionality.

Doing updating/new port work to port py-tavern. v25.1.0 is listed as the
requirement, but given what py-Faker does I figured I might as well jump right
to v26.0.0 while I'm here.
