Both misc/unicode-emoji and textproc/UCD install emoji-data.txt and
emoji-variation-sequences.txt from unicode.org (though these files are
installed to different directories).

Please consider the following solutions:
- Remove emoji-data.txt and emoji-variation-sequences.txt from textproc/UCD.
- Merge misc/unicode-emoji to textproc/UCD.
or if there's any better solution.
