Also update wx to 3.2 and wxgtk to gtk3
-WXGTK_USE=     WX=3.0+
-WXGTK_VARS=    WANT_WXGTK_VER=2

+WXGTK_VARS=    WANT_WXGTK_VER=3
I don't have installed wx3x-gtk2 and webkit2-gtk2.
But I have a lot of ports depends on wx32-gtk3 and webkit2-gtk3:
