patch to update download URL and remove BROKEN status

The download URL for deadbeef changed and the port has been marked broken
because of that.

Since updating the port to 1.9.5 (or newer) seems to have stalled, here is a
patch to at least make the port with its current version 0.7.2 buildable again.
Builds fine for me on 13.3-RELEASE and 14.1-RELEASE with latest ports tree.
