Deprecate the port

At work, this program recently started to fail with EFAULT, probably due to a
change elsewhere in the pipeline.  Rather than fix it, we just switched to
misc/mbuffer.  mbuffer has the advantage of a working website, and has been
updated more recently than 1995.  Is it time to deprecate misc/buffer in favor
of misc/mbuffer ?
