Update to 2.0.0

Update to 2.0.0:
- Add testing framework
- Prefer ${DISTVERSION} over ${PORTVERSION}
- Switch to PEP517 build

Unfortunately the HTML and man docs require Sphinx [7.1..7.2] at the moment,
tho, the Port is ready for fetching from Github to get the source tarball with
the docs, for when Sphinx gets updated.
