I was skimming the HA docs the other day and noticed that it did seem to have
support for installing it's dependencies at runtime in a local lib directory in
the data folder. It appeared to support this only if it didn't detect it was
installed in a virtual env. It made me think maybe one doesn't need to package
it as a venv at all! That'd bring the dependencies down to just the core ones
which strikes me as a possibility.

I'm hoping to fiddle with it this weekend and see if that's possible. I'll also
need to dig up links too, sorry for the lackluster comment!
