We can sync python default version with "The VFX Reference Platform"
(https://vfxplatform.com/).
CY2024 - python 3.11.x
CY2023 - python 3.10.x
For example graphics/blender use it:
* 3.6.x/4.0.x - CY2023 with python 3.10.x;
* upcoming release 4.1 (March 19, 2024
https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/milestone/18) switched to CY2024
with python 3.11.x.
