vim itself doesn't ship xxd (as of commit
9d1c9b818dbbe0274bdaf58321eec49766339470) see also bug 274104, but (optionally)
depends on sysutils/xxd and we shouldn't have some other xxd in ports, so
multimedia/vmaf correctly depends on sysutils/xxd if it needs it.
