    Merge llvm-project release/17.x llvmorg-17.0.5-0-g98bfdac5ce82

    This updates llvm, clang, compiler-rt, libc++, libunwind, lld, lldb and
    openmp to llvmorg-17.0.5-0-g98bfdac5ce82.
