port update to version 1.2.1

Attached is the patch to update the port to new version 1.2.1, also removed the
category "pear", it should not be there
(I am the maintainer)

Build tested with "poudriere bulk -t" on 13.2 amd64 + PHP 8.2, portlint: "looks
fine"

1.2.1   - Fix compiler warning in excimer_log
- Fix invalid OS requirement in package.xml, allow all "unix"
1.2.0   - Add support for BSD and macOS (only real/wall-clock, no CPU timer).
- Add excimer.default_max_depth and default to 1000 (previously unlimited).
