Limit astroid version to v2

Some days ago devel/py-astroid got a major version update which broke 
textproc/py-sphinx-autoapi and therefor deskutils/py-khard.

This patch changes to astroid2 as a dependency to limit the version < 3 of
astroid.

An direct upgrade to  textproc/py-sphinx-autoapi v3 is not possible since we
are missing the needed py-sphinx v6 dependency in the ports tree.
