Update mixertui 1.4.2 -> 1.5. The release has not a CHANGELOG.

Update pkg-descr to fix bug #274340

Testing:

# port test
# portfmt -i ./Makefile
# poudriere testport -j 132Ramd64 -p default -i -o audio/mixertui
# poudriere testport -j 140Ramd64 -p default -i -o audio/mixertui
