Per https://developers.librepcb.org/d5/d96/doc_building.html#autotoc_md11, Open
Cascade is necessary only for certain bits of the workflow, and while 3D looks
gorgeous on screen, it is quite conceivable not everyone stricly needs or wants
it. Considering this and especially Open Cascade's heft, please consider making
it an option (via whatever mechanism is suitable).
