b5724fc17272 was committed to fix "install:
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/lang/gcc14-devel/work/stage/usr/local/lib/gcc14/gcc/powerpc64-portbld-freebsd14.0/14.0.0/include/ISO_Fortran_binding.h:
No such file or directory", but 326042daae89 reverses that partially, so this
error appears again.

Can we please hack pkg-plist or the Makefile so this does not occur again?
