This patche fixes several points: 

- first it fix some pkg-plist issues when python is enabled
- secondly when enabling kerberos build it ask for net/samba416 with "noldb"
flavor (see https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=276835)
- third it fixes a circular RUN_DEPENDS with security/sudo that avoir both of
port being built. Since sudo with kerberos RUN_DEPENDS of security/sssd-devel
We may find a way to fix that on poudriere maybe ?
