[NEW-PORT] Monero GUI

Hi,

I'd like to contribute a port of the official GUI application of Monero
cryptocurrency. I'm in no way affiliated with them, but I did my best to make
this port and I'm ready to maintain it.

I had tested it in Poudriere in 14.1-RELEASE jail as well as on a real
14.1-RELEASE system and it works okay.

This is the very first port I submit myself, so please let me know if I did
something wrong.
