When the the MPIX option name is used then MPIX_USES=mpi:mpich works fine.
But when the MPI option name is used then MPI_USES=mpi:mpich fails like this:

The following options helpers are incorrectly set after bsd.port.options.mk
and are ineffective: MPI_CFLAGS MPI_LIBS
