Patch for libgme

* Contains a bunch of bugfixes etc
* While at it, utilize USES= pathfix

Compile tested on FreeBSD 14.1-RELEASE (amd64) (make, make check-plist)

Poudriere testport OK 13.3-RELEASE (amd64)
Poudriere testport OK 14.0-RELEASE (amd64)
Poudriere testport OK 14.1-RELEASE (amd64)

Tested with following users in tree with Poudriere (14.1-RELEASE (amd64)):
audio/gstreamer1-plugins-gme
audio/ocp
audio/zmusic
games/SRB2
multimedia/qmmp-qt5
multimedia/qmmp-qt6
