The screen stays blank on resume.  I have to hard reboot the system to
continue.

I am on:

main-n271694-0a9d1da6e6ce

I have tried both the drm 6.6 tag and the 6.1-lts with the same results.  This
seems related to some change in the base system has this was working for me
prior to updating.
