I tried:

# pkg install -f neovim
# pkg install -f lua51
# pkg install -f lua51-lpeg

but it did not help. The file is there:

% ls -l /usr/local/lib/lua/5.1/lpeg.so
-rw-r--r--  1 root wheel 53688  8 kol  03:08 /usr/local/lib/lua/5.1/lpeg.so

# pkg check -Bdrs neovim
Checking neovim:   0%
(neovim-0.10.1) /usr/local/bin/nvim - required shared library
/usr/local/lib/lua/5.1/lpeg.so not found
