chenges version number from 0.0 to 16.1 in the file module-sndio.c

I tried to update the port, but I forgot how to make ports apply my påatches.
I provide a patch which may not work in ports but shows one solution tp the
problem.

Changing the version number in module-sndio.c to the pulseaudio ports version
number works for me.
