top CPU consumers in htop with character graphic by CPU
Despite showing the correct CPU usage in digits, the character-based graphic
for htop does not show the correct CPU usage
Can be reproduced by
$ stress -c 4 &
$ htop
$ uname -a
FreeBSD generic 14.1-RELEASE-p3 FreeBSD 14.1-RELEASE-p3 GENERIC arm64
(don't forget to kill stress() when you're done)
