Hi there,

I have upgrade today to 13.3-RELEASE-p5 and noticed transmission-daemon was not
running. I started it again by hand and after few minutes it crashes.

Versions:

root@pineapple:~ # transmission-daemon --version
transmission-daemon 4.0.6 (38c164933e)
root@pineapple:~ # uname -a
FreeBSD pineapple.xor-gate.org 13.3-RELEASE-p5 FreeBSD 13.3-RELEASE-p5 GENERIC
amd64

I upgraded all packages with `pkg update && pkg upgrade` and rebooted the
system so the new kernel is active. 

Setting logging to a file in /etc/rc.conf:

transmission_log="/data/transmission/transmission.log"
transmission_log_level="debug"

Seems not to do anything interesting.

I will try to build latest main branch from github with debug symbol and see if
I can get anything usefull. As it seems v4.0.6 is latest version from upstream
(released 3 months ago).
