Patch for linenoise

Switch to port as it provides build files for Meson which fixes various
usability issues including providing a .pc file (pkgconfig).

Compile and runtime tested on FreeBSD 14.1-RELEASE (amd64) (make, make
check-plist, make test)

Poudriere testport OK 14.1-RELEASE (amd64)
