Patch for zabbix_server.in

When using zabbix64-server with MariaDB, rc.d/zabbix_server does not contain
"REQUIRE: mysql".
Therefore, when shutting down the host, mysql stops before zabbix_server and
prevents zabbix_server from stopping.
