Patch for Dovecot.

Hi,

I have had problem with setup Dovecot mail-crypt plugin compiled from
current ports with systems OpenSSL 3.0.11 (FreeBSD 14-RELEASE-p6).

I investigated the problem and found that attached patch (from Debian)
solved the problem.

Maybe it will be good enought to add this patch to dovecot port.
