Hey,

with the migration of the https://github.com/matrix-org/synapse/ repo to
https://github.com/element-hq/synapse/ (the former has been archived), the
matrix homeserver became outdated.

The current version is v1.105.0, whereas the one in the ports is v1.98.0.

An update is due here.
