e-antic.patch

Hi Thierry,


2 of the dependencies of e-antic were merged into flint2: math/arb and
math/antic.

This works with the new version of math/flint2 3.1.2 that I am working on.

The attached e-antic patch builds with flint2-3.1.2, passes all tests and
builds in poudriere on 14.0 amd64.

I am attaching both patches - for e-antic and flint2 updates.

Could you please approve the e-antic2 patch so that I would be able to proceed?
