Dependency issue, Impossible to install both postgresql odbc driver and server
on the same system.

Installed packages to be REMOVED:
        postgresql16-client: 16.2
        postgresql16-server: 16.2

New packages to be INSTALLED:
        postgresql-odbc: 16.00.0000
        postgresql15-client: 15.6
