Hello,

Using MASTER_SITES and USE_GITHUB=yes needs adjusting.

When fetching multiple files from GitHub, sometimes the default distribution
file is not fetched from GitHub. To disable fetching the default distribution,
set:

USE_GITHUB=     nodefault
