Patch contain www/py-esphome, www/py-esphome-dashboard and compilers.
Also there is shell script that create .platformio/packages that point to
installed compilers.
rc.d script was never tested, I always start dashboard from terminal.

I use it some time, it works with some ESP devices, some times hacks required.
Is is take to many time to support esphome + compiles + make hacks after every
update.
If some one want to continue - probably this will be good start point.
