- Convert from PORTVERSION to DISTVERSION

- Define LICENSE_FILE

- Remove USE_CXXSTD, already defined in upstream project Makefile
- Patch upstream project to not override flags defined by framework

Compile tested on FreeBSD 14.0-RELEASE (amd64) (make, make check-plist)

Poudriere bulk build test on 13.2-RELEASE (amd64)
