net/xapsd: patch to work around invalid http headers

- add patch to work around invalid http headers, taken from
https://github.com/freswa/dovecot-xaps-daemon/pull/36
- switch back to latest go and remove deprecation notice
- update to 1e589be / g20240326 - minor documentation changes only

- tell portscout to ignore as we are using the master branch
