Attempting to create a netgraph based switch results in an error that
'switch::netgraph:create' cannot be found.

This bug was fixed ~18 months ago in this commit:
https://github.com/churchers/vm-bhyve/commit/532a86d685576b6623017e08801cb36a00f743ac

However, a new release has not been made in nearly 2 years.

Given the stability of the project now maybe it is OK to retire the -devel
version and just track the repo in the standard release now?
