Upstream changed from mixxx fork back to portmidi. Version number changed as
well.

TODO: testbuilds for dependent ports:

audio/mixxx
audio/audacity
audio/pd
emulators/mame

Testbuild of multimedia/butt worked (for 0.1.41, upcoming update)
