Patch for h2o

- Unbundle (lib)hiredis and libyaml
- Provide libh2o
- Only use WITH_FUSION with supported CPUs when CPUTYPE is defined

Known issue:
h2o gets it's own git hash wrong, cosmetic issue

Please test, may also crash and burn...

We do have a few ports depending on libh2o it seems...
