Patch to 4.1.0

Maintainer Upload

Port Changes since 4.0.2:
- Removed patch to workaround Linux assumptions with 7-zip, upstream has
refactored this code and as a byproduct it is more universal
- Removed patch for updated sabctools, 7.[0-1].x is natively supported by this
version
