bmd-plugin-hookcmd-2.1.patch

I updated bmd-plugin-hookcmd to 2.1 for a bug fix. The attached
'bmd-hook-cmd-2.1patch' upgrades sysutils/bmd-plugin-hookcmd port.
Please apply to the Ports Tree.
