Some symbols in mesa's linker version scripts are not always defined, depending
on configuration options. Suppress errors with lld >= 17 due to these undefined
symbols.

This applies to multiple mesa ports, such as mesa-dri, mesa-libs,
mesa-gallium-*, etc.
